posting,web access, mail access, attachment, file upload sharing, a
public page.Yahoo also photo gallery and pool
either require registration for posting , google group allow view
messages if allowed by administrator

another interesting alternative is following the way of

final result is very attrattive, easy add other language, easy share information
imo for made similar works we can use something like
