It's a longer term goal to add hbmk2 support for our
contribs. It's not yet possible.
For now you can issue mingw32-make (after setting
up some usual envvars) in any dirs which contain 'Makefile',
and the given subsystem will be built.
I don't have any digestible guidelines, but that's
the idea, I use this method daily.
