Sorry JF, but I think we should remove this as Przemek suggested, and
readded when done properly. (probably
after release, because it doesn't seem very easy from
the description.)

hb_vmSetFunction() as public APIs are extremely unsafe
functions and can facilitate code injection is very bad ways,
which may make Harbour unsuitable for any sort of server
side solution. At least if that's what I think it is.
