pPtr := oQTC:codecForName( 'Big5-ETen' )
oQTC:setCodecForCStrings( pPtr )
isn' accurately when use:
oQTC := QTextCodec():New()
pPtr := oQTC:codecForName( 'Big5-ETen' )
oQTC:setCodecForTr( pPtr )
