It now builds cleanly with external Allegro package
(the one _not_ distributed with DJGPP).

Hi,

Due to collisions in dealing with uint64_t.
If there is no solution to this, I'll disable gtalleg for DOS.

I've just compiled gtalleg with DJGPP 2.03 and DJGPP 2.04 using
ALLEGRO 4.2.2.
With DJGPP 2.03 it compiles cleanly with DJGPP 2.04 only few warnings
are generated but it also compiles. The warnings can be pacified by
small modification in order of #include. I'll commit it in a while.
