! Changed the way AppEvent() eventloop was being executed.
Not it is more near to Xbase++, not 100% but near.
CPU consumption is reduced to 2-3 percent.
Confirmed ! Now it's OK.

+ Implemented more XbpRTF() features.
* contrib/hbxbp/tests/demoxbp.prg
+ Demonstrated more XbpRtf() features.
Play with Rtf tab.
Fantastic !!! It's been years since I wanted this.
It only lacks a print button =D.
The only thing it's missing to start building a serious program it's an
xbpbrowse implementation. I'm not hurring you !!! Just can't deal with
my anxiety hehe.
