I can confirm this is a bug
this is what i get
rdd: ADSCDX
connetion type: 2

//just changed set server from LOCAL to REMOTE
SET SERVER REMOTE
//and added this line
? "connetion type:" ,ADSGETTABLECONTYPE()
tested against ADS Server 9.10.09
please give a look at this.
