% Using $(wildcard) instead of echo trick to delete target lib.
Please test. I don't have access to OS/2.
; 'if exist' and 'if not exist' are now only used from
globsh.mk nt and os2 shell sections.
; TOFIX: $(COMSPEC) still in OS/2 section. Test results would be
welcome without it.
