+ Added HB_CCACHE, HB_CCPREFIX, HB_CCPOSTFIX to all places where
it was missing from.
bsd/hpux/os2/sunos - pre/post to cc/ld, pre to ar
darwin - ccache to ld (I'm not sure about this one)
linux - post to cc/ld
; Not it's about consistent and in sync with hbmk2.
Please review me.
* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added support for HB_CCPREFIX/HB_CCPOSTFIX for os2/gcc targets.
