- Deleted extra dos platform guards. It's not needed. I hope
it won't cause bad side effects.
* config/common/watcom.mk
! Fixed to not use $? in LD_RULE. Typo of yesterday.
! Restored remaining $? to $^. It exploited some bad side effects
in hbpp lib.
