* INSTALL
* Cleaned examples.
- Arranged them by host platform
- Fixed a few examples (DJGPP on NT missed HB_PLATFORM)
- Moved 'set HB_COMPILE' to make cmdline.
- Consistency changes.
- Deleted empty 'rem' lines.
- Moved log redirection from each example to general NOTE.
- Moved %1 %2 from example to general NOTE.
- Added generic *nix section.
- Added information about possible cross-build targets.
; Hopefully they are much cleaner now. In fact most information
deal with how to setup the compiler.
