* INSTALL
% Further simplified quick start instructions.
- Deleted HB_COMPILER from non-*nix build cmds.
* Replaced HB_COMPILER with HB_PLATFORM on *nix platforms.
+ Replaced cross-platform scenario list with a complete
host platform/shell vs. target platform/compiler
compatibility matrix.
Feel free to correct/verify/extend it.
It's quite scary so I added it as last section.
