I made a suggestion ,thanks to a Italian user that have tried

better describe when typically is need each component
For example MSYS and Cygwin shells

It's a simple user option, and it's listed as 'generally
not recommended'. Again some user prefer sh shells on
Windows, some not, INSTALL doc doesn't want to be the
judge or the teacher here. For sure native shells are
better tested, sh shell is tested for gcc, but should
work in theory with all compilers.

In windows platform download location of component (like ads, mysql)

Well, here I don't want to compete Google, but such recommended
list could be useful indeed given someone wants to keep it up
to date.

describe Cross-building is different from cross compilation by hbmk2

INSTALL is about building Harbour itself. hbmk2 is about building
your own apps. Cross building is the same for both. They are
not fully synced now, but the idea is the same, configuration
is same for the most part.

when typically is need cross building
Cross building is without sample

Not true. There are several cross-build samples since the
very beginning. I've added a few quite exotic ones just today.
All of them are not listed of course, these are examples,
but probably it's possibly enough to get the idea. Almost all
of them are listed for Windows host though.

Describe Microsoft Visual c++ Express not available for Windows CE ARM

That's not true either, I've added examples describing
this scenario about a week ago. It needs some
Pocket-whatever-PC package from MS website. I've installed
it long ago, forgot the link, but it's probably easy to
find on MS website, it was also free. Look at the PATH for
a clue in examples about exact package name.

Give the actual order of importance of c compiler for windows platform
Mingw,Microsoft

I think this is subject to a different document. INSTALL just
describes how to do it, but it's not the point to influence
users.

Such document would probably be interesting, but I won't write
one, as this would just start the usual flame war when it comes
to tool preferences.

Probably everyone knows my tool choices. Lately watcom stepped
up a bit due to being nice cross-platform tool, but I still
wouldn't choose it for production.

Very compliment to Viktor for this very good work

Thank you.

Brgds,
Viktor
