* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.pt_BR.po

+ Added -compiler and -platform options as alternatives for
-comp and -plat, maybe this is more clear and it's also better in
sync with GNU Make's HB_COMPILER/HB_PLATFORM.
* config/dos/watcom.mk
* watt libname to lowercase.
