It helps a great deal if such important information (the name
of the .prg in SVN) is included in these e-mail reports, so
it doesn't have to be guessed.

To me this looks like an error in your test program.
You probably need to use RGB_GREEN, not GREEN.
I also suggest to turn on warnings to avoid such errors
in the first place.
