* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Setting std and err output handles to text mode as an attempt
to fix OS/2 (and MS-DOS) jagged output.
* At the same time changed to use Chr( 10 ) instead of hb_osNewLine()
to send EOL to std and err outputs.
