+ Added some more debug code.
Now HBIDE exits cleanly.

- Removed HBQT_QTPTR_FROM_GCPOINTER()

* contrib/hbqt/hbqt_slots.cpp
! Fixed MainWindow::~MainWindow() calls. Was a reason FOR many GPFs.
