+ Added hbqt_errorsys().
* contrib/hbxbp/xbpgeneric.prg
+ Calling hbqt_errorsys() on startup.
* contrib/hbide/hbide.prg
- Deleted call to hbqt_errorsys(). It's now done by hbxbp.
