Yes, it's clear now. Just simply the example is too complicated.
It's not GET or ACCEPT problem but missing ";" => Chr( 13 ) translation
in __KEYBOARD() function.
Here is reduced example which illustrate the problem:
proc main()
__keyboard( ";" )
? inkey(0)
return nil
