* harbour/src/common/hbwince.c
- removed LocalLock()/LocalUnlock()/LocalHandle() function wrappers
for WinCE builds - we do not use these functions in current code
* harbour/contrib/xhb/xhw32prn.prg
- removed commented :AskProperties - it's already implemented in
WIN_PRN class
