* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Allowing -hbdyn and -shared option together.
Absolutely not tested combination, so it may need further
development to make it usable.
! Fixed bad typo in .c stub enabler logic, which have
added .c stub also to libs/dynlibs when -main option
was used (plus some other rare cases)
! Fixed gcc linker option order in -hbdyn mode.
; Please test.
