Hi Bacco,

I renamed them to be consistent along the whole SVN.

We should use the w3c standard language code:
   http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/dirlang.html#langcodes

Now, having said that 'en-EN' might not be correct, for
generic English it seems to be plain 'en', but I hope
someone with deeper insight of this standard will enlighten us.

Another question is what codepage to use. I'd vote
for UTF-8. For English this is theoretically not
important, though I expect that some accents will
slip in anyway, so I think we should set UTF-8
standard for all doc texts. This can be easily
converted to any target CP.

Brgds,
Viktor
