I have some doubts that this will be maintained 
and/or the format kept consistent (unless it's 
done automatically, but that ties us to special 
tools, which is not good).

I think for this purpose it's enough to check the 
$id$ tag in the file header, which shows when 
exactly was the file updated.

But this leads to another thought. We should 
definitely store somewhere the first major 
Harbour version when a given function was 
made available (similar to platform availability). 
F.e.

$VERSION$
   2.1

or maybe $PLATFORM$ can be used:

$PLATFORM$
   All. Requires Harbour 2.1 or uppt
