Right now sourceforge values are:

harbour-2.0.0.contrib-os2.zip           280
harbour-2.0.0.bin-os2.gcc335aout.zip     80     
harbour-2.0.0.bin-os2.gcc433.zip         80     
harbour-2.0.0.bin-os2.gcc335omf.zip      65     
harbour-2.0.0.bin-os2.watcom.zip        116

so excluding contrib we have 621-280=341 downloads of core binaries, released 26 Dec 2009

They are not only downloading Harbour 2.0.0 but even old releases
For example, beta3 grow from 236 to 251 since 26 Dec 2009, and other releases too. They are playing and comparing

And many of those die-harders prefer OpenWatcom  :-)
