* examples/pe/editorlo.c
; Started to level this code to Harbour standards.
* Changed to use native Harbour C level API instead of Clipper
compatibility one.
- Delete old inactive code for standalone Habrourless build.
* Cleaned several warnings.

! Fixed one potential memory corruption.
