There is no point in updating it, as it would
just make it break on another set Linux distros.
Unfortunately until different Linux distros
cannot agree on standard lib names, or cannot
provide a standard way to find the right one,
it's hardly possible to please all distros with
one Harbour configuration.
So for now, Harbour is offering a _default_
which is expected to work on some (hopefully
most) distros and not on some others.
If someone uses some of these latter (less-lukcy)
distros, all that needs to be done is _not_ to use
Harbour defaults. The easiest way is to delete
hbmk.hbm and use custom .hbc file or equivalent
command line.
In case I've missed the proper Linux solution
for this kind of problem, I hope some experts
will jump in and correct me.
