as you can read in c:\harbour\install you need something like:
set WindowsSDKDir=%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\
call "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat"
win-make
remember add library that you need
set HB_WITH_QT=C:\Qt\include
