Why a .dbf table goes to corrupted ? Perhaps, break energy ? Perhaps, shutdown computer (user) ? Perhaps, Clipper and Harbour using the same dbf tables ? Perhaps, Windows protocols (SMB) against system file based ? Perhaps, ....?
