Here Qt for Android http://www.kdedevelopers.org/blog/104

The third release of the Android Native Development Kit (NDK) is now
available for download from the Android developer
site<http://developer.android.com/sdk/ndk/index.html>
. with GCC 4.4.0, which should generate slightly more compact and efficient
, and can now directly access OpenGL ES 2.0 features.
