(I'm resending this without attachment because the first copy, with a 120Kb
attachment didn't reach the list).

a couple years ago I did a quick port of Mike Cowlishaw decNumber library to
xharbour.

It's alpha code quality (mine, not decNumber! .)) and xharbour specific, but
enough to get going with harbour as well.

Maybe, if it is considered usefull we could put it into contrib.

I attach it to this message, but I fear it's too big to pass.
