So I suggest change:
HB_BZ2_UNCOMPRESSLEN( <cCompressedData>, [<@nResult>] )
-> <nUnCompressedDataLen> or 0 on error
to:
HB_BZ2_UNCOMPRESSLEN( <cCompressedData>, [<@nResult>] )
-> <nUnCompressedDataLen> or -1 on error
