- Deleted local (and unmaintained) hacks to make OLE work.
* .c source changed to use hbwinole.h instead.
* contrib/gtwvg/wvgcore.c
! Fixed to build properly in mingw C++ mode.
(build errors found with mingw64 4.5.0)
