+ bin/hb-mkimp.prg
+ Added .prg rewrite for implib generation. This highly
reduces redundancy, drops WinNT and GNU Sed tool
requirement, further lowers the amount of non-portable
batch sources in SVN. It also opens the door to add
automatic implib generation in tools like hbmk2.
Not yet tested.
