* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Finishing touches to -mkimplib option:
- Automatic "dressing" of target library name with extension, lib prefix.
- More detailed feedback.
* bin/postinst.bat
+ Added hb-mkimp.prg replacement logic based on hbmk2.
(not yet enabled)
