* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added -trace support to -mkimplib option.
* Variables renamed in new code.
- examples/hbdoc
- examples/hbmsql
- Deleted two obsolete components:
- hbmsql is not available freely anymore and was not tested
or update since many years. Check hbmysql and hbsqlit3 for
alternatives.
- hbdoc was superceded by hbdoc2.
