* Makefile
- bin/postinst.prg
+ config/postinst.prg
* Moved postinst.prg from bin to config dir.
* config/postinst.prg
+ Changed to automatically build all tools found in /utils,
thus dropping hard-wired tool names from postinst.
* Minor cleanup.
