[Harbour] Case insnsitive usage of HB_RegExAll

Has anybody experience with usage of lCaseSensitive parameter in
HB_RegExAll  function ?

HB_RegExAll( <cRegEx>         , ;
             <cString>        , ;
            [<lCaseSensitive>], ;
            [<lNewLine>]      , ;
            [<nMaxMatches>]   , ;
            [<nWichMatch>]    , ;
            [<lMatchOnly>]      ) --> aAllRegexMatches

It seems not working for me. It is allways case sensitive.
Could anybody send an example demonstarting lCaseSensitive parameter ?
