* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added feature to allow -inc mode when using harbour compiler
as preprocessor:
'hbmk2 -hbraw -inc -p[<path>] -s[<m>] <.prg[s]>'
+ Added dummy handling for rest of '%__APP*__%' OSX macros.
