This is possible.
I have tried to compile a macro as above
but probably macro compiler does not support
extended codeblocks, I may be wrong though.
IF ::isMarking()
::stopMarking()
ELSE
::setColumnSelectionMode()
::startMarking()
ENDIF
can be defined as
iif( ::isMarking, ::stopMarking(), ::setColumnSelectionMode() .and.
::startMarking() )
This is not an elegant solution but it can work.
OR
If you can tweak ideshortcuts.prg:
METHOD IdeShortcuts:buildBlock( cString )
to accept extended macro string.
