Imo is missing extended description

with this parameter you can create library files
Must be spefified -o if you want a name of file different
hbmk2 myprg1.PRG myprg2.prg myrc.rc -b -m -hblib -omiolib.lib
ENDTEXT
{ "-hblib" , I_( "create static library" ) ,memonote}
I can made one flag fo each day
post on ng proposed description
and then add hbmk2.prg following a template
