* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
! -hbimplib extended for msvc to first look for any existing
.lib file with the same name as the .dll.
* contrib/sddfb/sddfb.hbi
* contrib/hbfbird/hbfbird.hbi
* Changed to use existing .lib for msvc compilers.
