* harbour/src/vm/hashes.c
* do not clone preallocated unused area
* harbour/contrib/hbnetio/netiocli.c
* disabled RT errors inside NETIO_CONNECT() and NETIO_GETCONNECTION()
when wrong password or NETIO server is used but return .F.
