+ config/bsd/clang.mk
+ Base implementation of bsd/clang target.
Based on patch by Tamas Tevesz with modifications:
- deleted HB_DYN_COPT
- replaced dynamic lib rules with bsd/gcc.mk.
(both fully untested)

* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added preliminary support for bsd/clang target. (untested)
* contrib/hbide/idemisc.prg
+ Added hbide_pwd() function.
