Yes, Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corp. has swapped frequencies from today.
The English Service is now on 11930 (ex 9770) at 0030-0430 & 1230-1630
The Hindi/Tamil,Kannada/Telegu/Malayalam Service to India is now on 9770 (ex 11905) at 0030-0400 & 0800-1530.
Today at around 1000 heard their tests on 11930 with Sinhala FM 93.2 programs for some time.
