Decent signal here in the Pacific NW on exactly 11440LSB. Very clean audio at fair strength, but difficult to follow due to tremendous atmospheric static crashes. Tuned in from 0112 with non-stop Spanish talk. Very professional. Must be a relay of a local station? Does not sound at all like the Cochiguaz I've heard in other years. (Salmaniw, Victoria BC 6 July).
