Hi,
the University Network (Dr. Gene Scott) changed its frequency via Costa Rica from
9725 to 6150 kHz. Heard between 0300 - 0400 UTC.
I'd be wary about assuming a frequency change. Scott broadcasts on many transmitters, and I have often heard both of the above frequencies, as well as his 60 meter outlet at the same time........Walt.
