Glad to note Radio Rhino International Africa with s/on 1502 UTC on 17555 kHz broadcasting in English. This broadcast is beamed to Uganda via transmitter in Germany by DTK. Pretty good reception in spite of splashes from Chinese speaking station on 17560 kHz. Nice IDs like from R Rhino... like this: "This is the Voice of Freedom and Democracy".
