Radio Shabelle, Mogadishu, Somalia. Thanks to a tip by Chris Greenway in DXLD, on 25 Feb I checked 6961 at 2020 and heard HOA music and apparently Somali talks. Signal was good, but strong utes both sides made it difficult to copy. At that time I had no time to wait the utes sign-off, so no positive id.
