Hi. Something further to my previous post on this. WMR have had their relaunch postponed again as this message on their webpage is suggesting:
"New offices and a new on-air studio has been completed in February 2004 preparing for the relaunch of WMR in March 2004. A new 10 kW short wave transmitter was expected to be delivered January 2004 from Canada but has been delayed a couple of times and is now expected early March 2004.
