[HCDX] loggings

Peru, 6020.34, Radio Victoria, 2338-2348, Seemed like at 
initial tune in, the comments being made were concerning 
sports with a number of mentions of "Lima".  At 2342, ADS 
present.  At 2344 TC followed by ID.  Signal was good, but 
lots of QRM splatter.  (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2004)

Bolivia, 4716.70, Radio Yura, 2355-0002Noted a woman in 
comments.  Think it was Spanish, but could've been a 
vernacular.  Music at the hour.  Signal is poor with noise.
